Hoong Yang Development Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Sept’ 2017 to realize our vision to be one of the upcoming and promising building contractor cum concrete pump supplier in Malaysia. Due to our parent company’s core competencies as a building contractor, thus we know the needs and wants of the stakeholders such as Developers, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, and Specialists. Hence, we set up this business to cater to their needs and also complement our core business as a building contractor.

We owned a number of brand new concrete pumps with various boom lengths that were imported in early to mid-2018. The concrete pumps have various boom lengths that range from 37m to 56m. We also owned various types of diesel pumps and other boom related equipment that are available for short and long-term leases within Malaysia. We have also signed MOU and orders with our manufacturer to cater to the rising demand due to the forecasted good outlook of construction activities in Malaysia.

Our company’s concrete pumps related business as follow:

1. Short/Long Term leasing of the concrete pump of various models and various boom lengths.
2. Expertise on Maintenance of concrete pump trucks and concrete mixer trucks.
3. Supply of spare parts for concrete pump trucks and concrete mixer trucks.

Our company is equipped with a variety of concrete placing equipment which is being well maintained by our experienced Engineers and Technicians from our direct workshops. Coupled with high-efficiency performance, good safety performance and effective management services, our Company has been well received by our clients and we have managed to forge many long-term partnerships and relationships due to our reliabilities, capabilities and professionalism.

Our company has been given the privilege to support many of our clients from various specializations such as Builders and Specialists. Our clients’ base ranges from multiple types of construction and civil engineering services such as building, railway engineering, and highway engineering etc. Some of our well respected and privileged clients include China Qingdao Construction, China Huashi Enterprise, and China Construction etc. With our vast experiences in the construction industry, our technical team has the capability and ability to offer various advisory/consultation services to our clients.
